This Month's Coffee Selections
This month we decided to try something different. As our loyal cuppers know we've been having some technical difficulties with our website and subscription platform lately. What could have been a disaster has proven to be an opportunity (when life hands you lemon, cup them!... then ask yourself, why does life have all these lemons to give away all willy-nilly)?

These next few months, while we work out the kinks on our website and add some exciting changes, we've decided to let you choose your coffee origin. Our subscribers selected from one of three coffee origins that we will be adding to our permanent offerings. The options were from Brazil, Bali and Ethiopia and tasting notes were emailed individually to each subscriber depending on their selection.

Roaster’s Notes:
All three options for this month's coffees were roasted to a "full medium". As we've discussed in the past, medium roasted coffees (done properly) seems to offer the best of all worlds for most coffees (disclaimer, this is my opinion and may not be a scientific fact). While we can still taste hints of the origin, the roast level helps to round out the flavours while bringing enough of the oils to the surface for an everyday cup.
